Getting Started

- Browse products by category or use the search bar
- Add items to your cart
- Checkout as a guest or create an account
- Complete payment with credit card or PayPal
Track Your Order
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
- With an account: Log in and visit My Account → Orders
- Guest checkout: Use the tracking link in your confirmation email
Order Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Processing | We received your order and are preparing it |
| On Hold | Awaiting payment confirmation |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way |
| Completed | Order delivered |
| Refunded | Payment has been returned |

Not satisfied? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact support immediately. We can make changes if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe/PayPal with PCI-DSS compliant tokenization. We never see or store your full card details.
